Standard Bush Retreat 2026 dates

Ember Season

22 – 24 May 2026 (2 night standard bush retreat)

As the season turns and temperatures begin to drop, autumn in Bilpin invites a natural shift in pace. After the energy of summer, this is a time to slow down, let go of busyness, and move into a new season with clearer intention. Days are ideal for being outdoors in cooler air, while evenings centre around the fire pit, warm tea, and nourishing, cosy meals. The rhythm of the retreat follows the landscape. Steady, grounding, and focused on rest and reconnection.

October Long Weekend

2 – 5 October 2026 (3 night extended bush retreat)

As winter lifts, the Bilpin landscape begins to open up again. New growth emerges across the bush floor, moss brightens, and birdlife becomes more active as the days lengthen and warm. This is a season of gradual reactivation. Not rushed, but steady and noticeable. The retreat follows this shift, with more time spent outdoors, fresh air, and a return to movement after the slower winter months. Evenings remain cool and calm, offering balance between energy and rest as you settle into the rhythm of a new season.
