Join us for a 3-hour immersive chocolate-making workshop, set in the tranquil surrounds of Wollemi Ridge Retreats, where nature, creativity, and craftsmanship come together. Guided by Sarah Massina of Sorella Cacao, this hands-on experience takes you on a journey from raw cacao to beautifully finished chocolate, created by you.
During this experience, you will enjoy a rich, handcrafted hot chocolate and create your own 50g chocolate bar from scratch. You will design your own label, name your creation, and take home a truly personal piece of chocolate you have made yourself.

Guided by Sorella Cacao, you will learn how to craft chocolate from raw cacao beans, exploring the journey from bean to bar. During the workshop, you will enjoy a rich, handcrafted hot chocolate and create your own 50g chocolate bar to take home.
After the workshop, unwind at the retreat, relax by the fire, and enjoy the natural surroundings at your own pace.
