Designed to reset your nervous system and deepen your connection to nature, this off-grid experience blends comfort with adventure, giving you the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the beauty of the wild. At Wollemi Ridge, we offer a gentle introduction to sustainable bush living. Through guided experiences, hands-on workshops, and immersive nature-based activities, you’ll reconnect with the land in a way that fosters both creativity and inner calm. Glow Worm Tour: Step into a world of natural magic as you witness the bioluminescent glow of tiny worms lighting up the night. Bush Connection Workshop: Reset and recharge through mindful nature-based practices, inclusive of a 1 hour nature solo experience. Chopping Board Workshop: Get hands-on and carve your own wooden chopping board—a meaningful keepsake of your time in the wild. Harvest Farm Tour: Learn about organic farming, harvest fresh produce, and prepare a nourishing meal with organic seasonal produce. Bush Walks: Traverse the land guided by one of our hosts with local knowledge of flora ands fauna. Your Stay: Comfort in the Wild Choose between three unique accommodations, each offering a different way to experience nature: The Outdoor Bunk – an open-air/ sung cocoon sleeping experience that brings you closer to the elements while still offering a cozy retreat. Twin-Share Cabin Tents – a snug and private option with soft bedding and peaceful bush surroundings. Tipis – spacious, beautifully designed structures that provide a serene and grounding place to rest. Just a short walk from your sleeping quarters, you’ll find our communal bathroom facilities, complete with a compostable toilet, hot shower, and basin. Our shared lounge, dining, and kitchen areas provide a welcoming space to unwind, meet fellow guests, and soak in the tranquil surroundings. Meals at Wollemi Ridge Retreats are crafted with care, using locally sourced ingredients to nourish both body and soul. Enjoy a continental bush breakfast, hearty main meals, and morning and afternoon tea. We cater to a range of dietary needs, including plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, and ethically sourced meat options. At the Bush Retreat, every moment is an opportunity to reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the simple joys of living in tune with the land.
Cancellation Policy
Wollemi Ridge Retreats offers peaceful, nature‑immersive glamping and day experiences on our private ridge in Bilpin, NSW. To ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable stay for all guests, the following policies apply to all bookings, accommodation and experiences. Bookings & Payments A 50% deposit is required to secure your stay, with the balance due before arrival. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Minimum‑night stays may apply. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a refund minus an admin fee. Cancellations 14–30 days prior forfeit 50% of the total fee. Cancellations within 14 days are non‑refundable. Experience bookings follow similar cut‑offs. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur fees. Property Use & Behaviour Guests must respect the peaceful environment, wildlife and shared facilities. Only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties, loud noise, or disruptive behaviour. No smoking inside tents. Fires only in designated fire pits and only when permitted. Pets are not permitted unless pre‑approved. Damage & Cleaning Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required after their stay. Charges may be applied to the card on file. Safety & Risks Our property is located in natural bushland and may be affected by weather, wildlife, fire bans or external conditions. Guests participate in activities (bushwalks, workshops, farm tours, glowworm tours) at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions. We recommend travel insurance. Cancellations by Us If we must cancel due to safety, severe weather or property issues, guests will receive a refund or alternative dates. By booking with us, guests acknowledge they have read and accepted these policies.
